almonds, whole and not peeled |

Instructions
Mix the almonds with sugar and water. The 2 tbsp of water may be substituted by 4 tbsp of Amaretto.Put into microwave at 600 Watt for 2.5 minutes. Then stir and cook for another 2 min, stir again. Then cook and stir in a rhythm of 20 seconds until the liquid has evaporated (about 2 – 3 times).
