Ingredients
May use pie crust with salsa lightly covering the bottom or butter 10-inch pie plate quiche dish
12 slices of crisp bacon (or substitute ham or shrimp)
1 cup Swiss cheese
1/3 cup diced onion or chives
1/2 cup Bisquickbaking mix
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
Instructions:

Crumble bacon, sprinkle cheese and chives or onions in dish. Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into dish or pie crust over bacon, cheese, chives or onions. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand five minutes.
