River quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- May use pie crust with salsa lightly covering the bottom or butter 10-inch pie plate quiche dish
- 12 slices of crisp bacon (or substitute ham or shrimp)
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup diced onion or chives
- 1/2 cup Bisquickbaking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk
Crumble bacon, sprinkle cheese and chives or onions in dish. Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into dish or pie crust over bacon, cheese, chives or onions. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand five minutes.
