Ingredients
60 g | flour |
45 g | soft butter |
45 g | rice flour |
50 g | ground almonds |
almond extract, some drops | |
50 g | sugar |
½ tsp | baking powder |
1 | egg |

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.In a bowl whisk the butter with the sugar until frothy. Whisk in the egg. Sift in the baking powder and the flour. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the ground almonds and the rice flour. Season with almond extract. Transfer the dough into a buttered cake form and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
