Mixed salad can never be boring.
Ingredients
125 g chicken breast, cooked and sliced in stripes |
2 slice(s) ham, sliced in stripes |
1 slice(s) Mortadella, sliced in stripes |
3 pickled herring fillets in oil, drained and sliced in stripes |
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced |
2 large potatoes, cooked and diced |
1 large carrot, sliced |
half an apple, diced |
1 stalk(s) celery, sliced |
some olives, stones removed, sliced |
some lettuce leaves, sliced in stripes |
half a bell pepper, diced |
For seasoning: |
200 ml tartar sauce |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl.Add the tartar sauce and mix carefully.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh bread.
