|125 g||chicken breast, cooked and sliced in stripes|
|2 slice(s)||ham, sliced in stripes|
|1 slice(s)||Mortadella, sliced in stripes|
|3||pickled herring fillets in oil, drained and sliced in stripes|
|2||hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced|
|2 large||potatoes, cooked and diced|
|1 large||carrot, sliced|
|1 stalk(s)||celery, sliced|
|some||olives, stones removed, sliced|
|some||lettuce leaves, sliced in stripes|
|½||bell pepper, diced|
|200 ml||tartar sauce|
|salt and pepper|
InstructionsPlace all ingredients in a large salad bowl, add the tartar sauce and mix carefully. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh bread.
