Red pepper aioli recipe details
Ingredients
1 | red bell pepper, roasted , peeled and chopped |
4 clove(s) | garlic |
250 ml | mayonnaise |
1 pinch(es) | cayenne pepper |
salt and white pepper |
Instructions
In a blender puree the garlic.Add the roasted pepper and process until well blended.
Add the mayonnaise and process just until mixed.
Add salt and white pepper to taste and the cayenne pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Canned whole pimiento can also be used. Very tasty in potato salad, mashed potatoes, or with baked potatoes.
