Ransoms almond pesto recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | ransoms |
100 g | Parmesan cheese |
200 g | almonds |
125 ml | rapeseed oil |
Instructions
Carefully wash and dry ransoms leaves. Cut up into small pieces.In a bowl combine ransoms, cheese, almonds and oil and mix with a hand-blender until smooth.
To store fill in glases with a screw lid and cover with oil.
