Ranch chicken recipe details
Ingredients
4 | boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
200 ml | non-fat plain yoghurt |
60 ml | skim milk |
For the low fat Ranch Dressing: | |
20 ml | olive oil |
10 ml | cider vinegar |
½ tsp | sweetener |
¼ tsp | dried marjoram |
180 ml | buttermilk |
45 ml | non-fat plain yoghurt |
30 g | fat-free mayonnaise |
20 g | onion, finely chopped |
1 tsp | fresh parsley, minced |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Dressing:Combine all ingredients in a owl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight to thicken.
Chicken:
Combine yogurt, milk and Ranch dressing in a bowl and mix well. Put chicken in plastic sealable bag and pour the yogurt mixture over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate well.
Grill over medium flame for about 20 minutes, turning once.
