|1 large||turnip, peeled and grated|
|1 medium||onion, pureed|
|2 tbsp||butter, melted|
|2 tbsp||fresh parsley, chopped|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste|
InstructionsIn a saucepan, bring the milk with the pureed onion, cornflour and butter to boil. Stir well and add turnip. At medium heat, cook the mixture for 10 minutes, until turnip is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish the soup with chopped parsley and serve warm.
