|250 g||butter, soft|
|½ pack(s)||baking powder|
|3 tbsp||icing sugar|
InstructionsCream together the butter and the sugar, then whisk in the eggs. Sift in the flour and the baking powder and stir until well combined. Stir in the juice of ½ a lemon.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake form and bake for 30 minutes.
Mix together the icing sugar and the remaining lemon juice and spread the cake with the icing. Allow to dry.
