Quick & easy cheesecake recipe
Quick & Easy Cheesecake recipe⚠ Note: for metric to imperial (or vice-versa) conversion please refer to our article on Cooking Measurements 101.
- Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
