Ingredients

Serves: 6

• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add mushrooms to hot oil and cook, stirring, for about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, garlic, oregano, and basil.
