Ingredients
500 g | ground beef |
2 medium | onions, diced |
450 g | kidney beans, rinsed |
340 g | tomatoes, diced |
½ tsp | chilli powder |
½ tsp | red pepper flakes, crushed |
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, cook beef and onions together over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes or until heated through.
