500 g | cherries, pitted |
100 g | sugar |
50 g | cornstarch |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Place cherries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in a pan and heat over medium heat. Cook until cherries begin to release their liquid. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.Reduce to a simmer and heat until cherry mixture thickens. Allow to cool.
