Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 (3 ounce) lamb loin chops
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, marinating1. Stir basil, marjoram, thyme, and salt together in a bowl. Season lamb chops with the mixture on both sides, then pile on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Preheat broiler to High. Set lamb chops on a broiler pan.
3. Broil for 10 to 16 minutes, about 5 inches from the heat, until lamb reaches 145 degrees F internally for medium-rare. Flip once midway through cooking time.
