Pumpkin wholemeal bread details
INGREDIENTS:Makes 1 regular loaf
130g milk
3 tbsp honey
150g mashed pumpkin
1 tsp salt
40g butter
260g bread flour
140g wholemeal flour
½ tsp bread improver (optional)
1 tsp instant yeast
METHOD:- Measure all ingredients into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.
- Select setting to Whole Wheat. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used MEDIUM for this recipe).
- Press Start to begin. When breadmaker signals during secondary knead, add cheddar cheese and raisins.
