1. Yellow cake mix with pudding (1 package about 18.25 ounce)
2. ground nutmeg (1tsp)
3. ground cloves (1tsp)
4. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
5. canned pumpkin puree (1can about 15 ounce)
6. vanilla extract (1tsp)
7. eggs (2)
8. vegetable oil (1/4tsp)
For Cream cheese Frosting Ingredients
1. Cream cheese, softened (4 packages about 3 ounce)
2. butter, softened (1/2c)
3. vanilla extract (1tsp)
4. ground cinnamon (1tsp)
5. confectioners sugar (2c)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C. Take a baking pan of 9*13-inch, grease and flour it. Take a bowl, mix cloves, cinnamon, pumpkin and nutmeg in it and keep it aside.
2. Take a large bowl, mix cake mix and oil in it and beat eggs in it and then add the pumpkin mixture in it. Mix vanilla in it. Now pour this mixture into the greased pan, Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 40 minutes until the wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. Take out the cake from oven and keep it to cool. To make the cream cheese frosting, take a bowl, beat butter and cream cheese in it until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
4. Add confectioner sugar in it and beat it until the mixture becomes smooth. Mix vanilla and cinnamon in it. Now the frosting gets ready, spread it over the cake and then serve it.
