Bbq pulled pork is served with cheddar cheese over wheat shells. It makes for a messy and satisfying meal for any man!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 lbs beef chuck
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 1 cup uncooked wheat shells
- 1/2 to 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins1. Cook onion in olive oil until the onions are translucent.
2. Add the tomato and bbq sauce and bring to a simmer
3. Add the beef and allow to simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Be sure to turn the beef every half an hour or so.
4. Allow the beef to cool and then shred using a fork. Coat the shredded beef with more bbq sauce.
5. Cook the wheat shells in salted boiling water for 7-9 minutes, depending on the package directions.
6. Serve the shredded bbq beef over the shells and sprinkle desired amount of sheese on top. Allow cheese to melt and then devour! Visit my blog for more
