|10 slice(s)||mild Cheddar cheese|
Wrap the sausages in cheese. Spread with mustard. Cut the pastry into 10 rectangles. Roll each sausage into a piece of puff pastry. Fold over the pastry edges and press firmly together.
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pastry rolls onto a baking tray. Brush the upper side of the rolls with egg yolk. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
