Ingredients

800 g potatoes, smal
500 g curd
1 medium onion
some caraway seed
100 ml milk
some linseed oil
some salt
chives, chopped

Instructions

Bring salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes together with some caraway sees. Rinse the potatoes when done and leave to cool for a few minutes.

Skin the onion and cut it into cubes. In a bowl mix the curd, the onion cubes, the milk and some salt and combine well.

Arrange the curd on plates, pour over linseed oil and decorate with chopped chives.

Serve the potatoes separately. Only skin potatoes just before eating.
