Ingredients

750 g potatoes, peeled, cut into slices
tsp flour
3 tsp chives, minced
1 tsp thyme, minced
230 g goat cheese, crumbled
400 ml milk
olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil a pie dish.

Arrange potatoes in the dish so that they slightly overlap. Sprinkle with flour, chives and thyme. Season with salt and pepper and sdt with 1/3 of goat cheese.

Repeat layering 2 more times.

Pour milk over potatoes, cover, with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour.

Remove foil and bake until potatoes are tender and top is golden, about 25 minutes longer.
