Ingredients
750 g | potatoes, peeled, cut into slices |
tsp | flour |
3 tsp | chives, minced |
1 tsp | thyme, minced |
230 g | goat cheese, crumbled |
400 ml | milk |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil a pie dish.Arrange potatoes in the dish so that they slightly overlap. Sprinkle with flour, chives and thyme. Season with salt and pepper and sdt with 1/3 of goat cheese.
Repeat layering 2 more times.
Pour milk over potatoes, cover, with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake until potatoes are tender and top is golden, about 25 minutes longer.
