Potato spinach pie recipe details
- Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 box of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 1/3 pack of O’Brienpotatoes (diced)
- Crumbled Swiss cheese
- Grey Pouponmustard (with mayonnaise mixed in to taste)
On the night before, spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Mix eggs, milk, and nutmeg together. Stir in spinach and potatoes. Pour mixture into pie plate. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Put in refrigerator overnight. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees in the morning. Place dollop of mustard mix on top and serve.
