Ingredients
5 eggs
1 cup milk
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 box of frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1/3 pack of O’Brienpotatoes (diced)
Crumbled Swiss cheese
Grey Pouponmustard (with mayonnaise mixed in to taste)

On the night before, spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Mix eggs, milk, and nutmeg together. Stir in spinach and potatoes. Pour mixture into pie plate. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Put in refrigerator overnight. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees in the morning. Place dollop of mustard mix on top and serve.
