Potato and smoked trout salad recipe details
Ingredients
900 g | potatoes, small, halved |
250 g | smoked trout |
½ small | onion(s), red, sliced |
60 g | salad leaves, mixed |
85 ml | olive oil |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
Instructions
Boil, steam or mircowave potatoes until tender and drain.Remove skin from trout and remove bones. Cut the meat into 1 cm pieces.
Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a jar and shake well.
Combine potatoes, trout, onion, salad leaves and dressing in a bowl an mix gently and serve.
Tipp: This recipe can be prepared several hours ahead.
