Ingredients

900 g potatoes, small, halved
250 g smoked trout
½ small onion(s), red, sliced
60 g salad leaves, mixed
85 ml olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Boil, steam or mircowave potatoes until tender and drain.

Remove skin from trout and remove bones. Cut the meat into 1 cm pieces.

Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a jar and shake well.

Combine potatoes, trout, onion, salad leaves and dressing in a bowl an mix gently and serve.

Tipp: This recipe can be prepared several hours ahead.
