Potato and Egg Pie recipe

|For the crust::|
|120 ml||cold water|
|For the Filling:|
|3 medium||eggs, hard boiled, chopped|
|1 large||onion, chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine all ingredients and form a dough. Chill for 1 hour.
Fry the onion and ginger and garlic. Add the potatoes and salt and mix well.
Pre heat the oven 180°C. Roll the dough and line a pie pan. Spread the filling and arrange the eggs on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
