Potato and egg pie recipe details
Ingredients
For the crust:: | |
100 g | flour |
60 g | margerine |
2 tsp | salt |
120 ml | cold water |
For the Filling: | |
3 medium | eggs, hard boiled, chopped |
2 | potatoes, peeled |
1 large | onion, chopped |
1 tsp | ginger |
1 tsp | garlic |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Crust:Combine all ingredients and form a dough. Chill for 1 hour.
Filling:
Fry the onion and ginger and garlic. Add the potatoes and salt and mix well.
Pre heat the oven 180°C. Roll the dough and line a pie pan. Spread the filling and arrange the eggs on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
