Pork tenderloin in cream sauce recipe details
Ingredients

nutmeg | |
800 g | pork tenderloin, in 2 pieces |
150 g | sour cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | flour |
5 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
50 ml | water |
Instructions
In a pan heat the butter. Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry until slightly golden all around. Take out of the pan and set aside.Add the onions into the pan and sauté until lucent. Dust with the flour. Stir in the cream and the water and bring to a boil. Cook for a few minutes and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in the parsley. Pour the sauce into a casserole dish. Add the meat.
Roast in the preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes.
Carve the meat into slices and serve in the sauce.
