Pork fillet with plum and wine sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pork fillet |
50 g | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
500 g | plums, stoned |
150 ml | red wine |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
fresh parsley, to garnish |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Sieve flour into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and place meat inside. Toss pork to coat.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the pork, fry until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer meat to a casserole.
Purée the plums in a blender and combine with cinnamon and wine. Mix well. Pour over the pork and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with parsley.
