Poppy seed cake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup oil
- 2-1/2 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
