Polenta dessert with poppy seed recipe details
Ingredients
500 ml | milk |
50 g | instant polenta |
50 g | ground poppy seed |
40 g | sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the polenta with the poppy seed, sugar and vanilla extract.Bring the milk to a boil, then stir in the polenta mixture. Cover the saucepan, turn off the heat and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Evenly divide the dessert into 4 bowls and serve warm or cold.
