Plum jam with chocolate recipe details
Ingredients
2 kg | plums, pitted and halved |
1 kg | sugar |
2 tbsp | ginger bread spice |
200 g | dark chocolate, melted |
Instructions
In a large saucepan mix plums and sugar and let stand overnight.The next day add the ginger bread spice and bring to boil slowly. Add the melted chocolate and let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Pour the jam into sterilized jars up to the rim. Seal with screw caps and allow to cool. Store on a cool and dark place.
