Ingredients
130 g | milk |
200 g | sour cream |
150 g | flour |
1 | egg |
10 g | brown sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
35 ml | oil |
10 | plums |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat until very hot.In a bowl, whisk the milk with sour cream, sugar, cinnamon and the beaten egg until well combined. Add flour a little at a time and keep stirring.
Dip the plums into the batter until well coated and fry them in the pan until golden.
Remove the fritters from the pan and allow to drain on kitchen paper. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
