Plum cinnamon jam recipe details
Ingredients
7 | big plums or 1 kg of Sugar plums |
650 g | sugar |
100 g | muscovado sugar |
70 ml | water |
juice of 1 lemon | |
1 | bag of Pectin powder |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
Instructions
Destone and cut the plum. Put them in a big pot and add the lemon juice, the water and the sugar. Bring to a boil and add the pectin. Mix well.Now add the cinnamon and cook for 10 minutes. Puree the jam and fill into 4-5 clean glasses. Close them immediately and let them cool down.
