Ingredients
250 ml | milk |
1 tsp | pistachio paste |
2 medium | eggs, yolks only |
50 g | granulated sugar |
Instructions
Bring the milk and pistachio paste to a boil.Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale, then add to the boiling milk while whisking vigorously.
Return the mixture to the saucepan and continue to cook, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon, about 3-5 minutes.
Strain through a fine sieve and set aside to cool.
