Pecan Maple French Toast recipe

- Ingredients:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups ground pecans, divided (grind in blender)
- bread slices
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups light cream
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, melt butter. Pour in maple syrup. Pour 1 cup of pecans over the mixture in pan. Place bread over mixture. Mix eggs and cream with mixer. Pour over bread. Add the other 1 cup ground pecans on top. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
