Peas with mint piselli alla menta recipe details
Ingredients
15 kg | fresh peas |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
4 tbsp | butter |
2 | shallots, chopped |
60 g | ham, thinly sliced |
20 g | fresh mint, chopped |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Boil peas in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside,In a sauce pan, add oil, butter, ham and shallots. When hot, add peas and sautee for 2 minutes. Add chopped mint, mix well and serve.
