Peanut butter stew recipe details
Ingredients
1 jar(s) | peanut butter |
1 small | onion |
2 tbsp | tomato puree |
3 | chilies (african chili, green, red and yellow) |
1 kg | beef stew meat, cut into cubes, or smoked fish |
salt |
Instructions
Fill the meat with all the ingredients in the cooking pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Stir every 3 minutes and let the stew boil, until the meat or smoked fish is cooked.Now you should turn down the fire and let the stew simmer until oil comes to the surface, then remove the oil, season with salt if necessary and serve hot with white rice.
For this stew we donít need to add oil, because of the peanut oil.

You can also add some ladyís fingers or African eggplant to your stew.
