Peach plum jam recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | peaches, peeled, pitted, chopped |
350 g | plums, pitted, chopped |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
1 ½ kg | sugar |
Instructions
Combine peaches, plums, lemon juice and sugar in a large pot. Cook, stiring, over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and gradually bring to a boil.Keep stirring constantly, for one minute. Continue to cook until fruit is tender.
Remove from heat and skim off any foam. Fill jam into sterile jars leaving a bit of headspace. Seal and place into a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
