Pasta in a Creamy Sauce with Beef Tenderloin recipe

Ingredients
4 | tomatoes, peeled and diced |
salt and pepper | |
80 g | black olives, pitted and sliced |
1 tbsp | cilantro, chopped |
300 g | pasta |
400 g | beef tenderloin, cut into thick strips |
1 tbsp | oil |
300 g | single cream |
white balsamic vinegar | |
50 g | fresh Parmesan shavings |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.In a pan, heat the oil and fry the beef strips until slightly browned and rare cooked. Season with salt and pepper, set aside and keep warm.
Pour the cream and the stock into the pan and bring to a boil. Add olives, tomatoes and cilantro and cook for a minute. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper.
Drain the cooked pasta.
Ladle the pasta onto warmed plates, pour over the sauce and arrange the meat strips on top. Garnish with Parmesan shavings and serve immediately.
