Ingredients

½  papaya, frozen
4 scoop(s) vanilla ice cream
4 cl Cassis

Instructions

Purée the frozen papaya pulp.

Pour a dash of cassis on the bottom of two dessert glasses. Add the papaya purée and top with the vanilla ice-cream. Drizzle over cassis and serve immediately.
