Open sandwich with smoked trout recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | hazelnut flakes |
4 | tomatoes, sliced |
4 | spring onions, sliced |
200 g | smoked trout fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces |
400 g | curd cheese |
4 tsp | horseradish |
8 slice(s) | bread of your choice |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Roast the hazelnut flakes in a dry pan until slightly golden, then set aside.In a small bowl, mix together the curd cheese and the horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spread the bread slices with the curd cheese. Arrange the trout fillets, tomatoes and spring onions on top. Sprinkle with the hazelnut flakes and freshly ground pepper.
