Ingredients

2 tbsp hazelnut flakes
4  tomatoes, sliced
4  spring onions, sliced
200 g smoked trout fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
400 g curd cheese
4 tsp horseradish
8 slice(s) bread of your choice
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Roast the hazelnut flakes in a dry pan until slightly golden, then set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the curd cheese and the horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spread the bread slices with the curd cheese. Arrange the trout fillets, tomatoes and spring onions on top. Sprinkle with the hazelnut flakes and freshly ground pepper.
