Onion mushroom balls recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | mushrooms, chopped |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
100 g | butter, melted |
4 medium | eggs, beaten |
½ tsp | garlic powder |
60 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
150 g | bread crumbs |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Combine onion, mushrooms, parsley, garlic powder, eggs, butter, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Mix to form a creamy paste.
Add bread crumbs to the mixture and stir until mixture is stiff. Shape mixture into balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
