Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 large cloves fresh garlic
- 15 fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins1. Put all ingredients into your food processor and puree thoroughly.
2. Best if put into a covered bowl or other container and refrigerated for one hour before serving.
