Nectarine ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
3 | nectarines, diced, peeled, quartered |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
100 g | sugar |
120 ml | milk |
2 tbsp | corn syrup |
½ tsp | vanilla extract |
⅛ tsp | almond extract |
120 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Combine the beaten egg, sugar, milk and corn syrup. Stir and cook and over low heat until thickened; cool.Process nectarines in a blender until smooth and then combine with the cooled egg mixture, vanilla, almond and whipping cream.
Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s directions.
