Neapolitan beef tenderloin recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | beef tenderloin |
60 g | prosciutto, diced |
1 large can(s) | cèpe, sliced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
½ tbsp | lemon, juiced |
sea salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the butter. Sauté the beef, turning once, for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the prosciutto, cèpe and parsley, cover and cook over low heat for 4 more minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and let steep for another 4 minutes.Carve the meat in slices, season with sea salt and pepper and serve with the cèpe sauce.
