A very berry yet creamy concoction with a milkshake like texture and enough protein to support a lean and muscular body. This smoothie is good for bodybuilders or health nuts since it yields well over 60 grams of protein per serving.

Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1 cup Frozen Berry Medley
- 1 cup strawberry-bannana-orange fruit juice
- 1 cup Yoplait(R) vanilla yogurt
- 2 scoops vanilla Isopure(R) zero-carb protein powder
- 5 cubes of ice
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins1. Place frozen fruit medley in the bottom. Place yogurt on top of medley. Add your 2 scoops of Isopure. Add your fruit juice. Add your ice cubes. Blend till it’s milkshake thickness.
