Moist bran muffins recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons salt
- One 17-ounce can fruit cocktail, undrained
- 5 cups flour
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 7-1/2 cups Raisin Brancereal
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees in muffin tins for 16 to 18 minutes. Batter keeps up to 3 weeks refrigerated.
Makes: 4-1/2 dozen muffins.
