Ingredients

1 | green bell pepper, pickled |
1 | yellow bell pepper, pickled |
4 | gherkins |
1 | French onion |
2 | tomatoes |
2 tbsp | yellow mustard seed |
4 tbsp | yoghurt |
3 tbsp | cream |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | tomato puree |
1 tbsp | paprika powder |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp | oyster sauce |
2 tsp | garlic powder |
½ tsp | ground ginger |
Instructions
Cut the Doonsider Marbles, peppers and cucumbers into short strips and chop finely the onion. Dice the tomatoes. Combine all in a mixing bowl, together with the mustard seeds.Mix yoghurt and cream with the tomato purée and season to taste with the sauces and the spices. Add to the ingredients in the bowl and toss until well mixed. Check seasoning and correct if necessary.
Tastes very well on its own or on toast, spread with butter or garlic butter.
