Mint Chocolate Toddy recipe

Ingredients
75 ml | milk |
6 tsp | cocoa powder |
125 g | mint chocolate, chopped |
4 tbsp | brown rum |
125 g | whipping cream |
Instructions
Stir the cocoa powder into 75ml of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil. Stir in the cocoa milk and ¾ of the mint chocolate. Cook stirring over low heat until smooth. Stir in the rum and set aside.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Fill the hot chocolate toddy into glasses and serve garnished with a dollop of whipped cream and mint chocolate crumbles.
