Ingredients
1.2 l | milk |
60 g | sugar |
2 drop(s) | rose essence |
1 tbsp | blanched almonds |
1 bottle(s) | blanched pistachios |
Instructions
Put milk into a large saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Keep cooking and stirring until it is reduced to about 500 ml and is creamy and thick.Reduce heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Remove mixture from heat and stir well. Leave to cool to room temperature and add flavouring.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with nuts. Place in fridge to chill before serving.
