Ingredients
750 g | minced beef |
2 large | eggs, beaten |
50 g | dill pickle, minced |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
240 ml | tomato juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead gently but thoroughly with your hands.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pack mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
