|750 g||minced beef|
|2 large||eggs, beaten|
|50 g||dill pickle, minced|
|2 medium||onions, chopped|
|240 ml||tomato juice|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
InstructionsCombine all ingredients in a bowl and knead gently but thoroughly with your hands.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pack mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
