Ingredients

750 g minced beef
2 large eggs, beaten
50 g dill pickle, minced
2 medium onions, chopped
240 ml tomato juice
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead gently but thoroughly with your hands.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Pack mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
