Ingredients
For the meatballs: | |
500 g | minced meat |
1 | egg |
some | breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper | |
For the sauce: | |
500 g | carrots, cut in thin slices |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
20 g | flour |
500 ml | vegetable stock |
150 g | crème fraîche |
some | parsley, chopped |
some | butter |
Instructions
Mix minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and with your hands form small balls.Heat some butter and fry meatballs for 10 minutes, set aside.
Heat butter and braise carrots and onions, add curry powder, dust with flour then add stock. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add crème fraîche and parsley, taste and add salt and pepper to your liking. Add meat balls and warm in the sauce.
Serve with rice.
